Flake systems are the workhorse of premium residential garages — decorative, slip-resistant, easy to clean and rugged enough for the everyday reality of a garage floor. Metallic systems are the show-piece finish for dealer showrooms and collector garages where the floor is on display alongside the cars.
Every install starts with substrate preparation — diamond grinding, patching, moisture control — and finishes under a UV-stable clear polyurethane top coat that will not yellow after two summers. We do not use ordinary aromatic epoxy top coats in daylight-facing spaces.
Turnaround is fast. A typical double garage is prepared, primed, decorated and top-coated in 3–4 working days, with the vehicle back on the floor after the seven-day cure.

Moisture readings, laser flatness scan, adhesion pull-off and a full defect map of the existing slab. Resin flooring lives or dies at this stage.
Specification
We match system to service: metallic for showrooms, quartz for kitchens, ESD for electronics, HD PU for factories. You approve sample boards before mobilisation.
Diamond grinding & prep
Mechanical preparation to open the concrete profile, patching, joint treatment and moisture barrier where required — no chemical etching, no shortcuts.
Primer & body coat
Solvent-free epoxy primer sealed into the prepared substrate, followed by a self-levelling or trowel-applied body coat as specified.
Decorative & top coat
Metallic pigment work, flake broadcast or quartz aggregate, sealed under UV-stable polyurethane or hybrid top coats for the finished surface.
Cure & handover
Controlled cure environment, care manual, warranty registration and a 30-day post-install inspection to confirm performance.

Daily cleaning
Neutral pH cleaner, microfibre mop or auto-scrubber. Never bleach, never abrasive scouring pads — they haze the top coat over time.
Annual re-coat inspection
We inspect wear zones and recommend a top-coat refresh only if the wear layer has genuinely thinned. Most floors run 5–7 years before that becomes necessary.
