The EpoxyLux system is Signature's premium resin flooring division. Metallic, solid colour, flake and quartz systems installed to industrial-grade specifications for showrooms, hotels, warehouses, food-grade facilities and premium residential across Zimbabwe.
We diamond-grind existing substrates, moisture-test, prime, and hand-apply resin in controlled environmental conditions. What lands on your floor is a seamless, jointless, chemical-resistant surface with the finish specified for its function — mirror-gloss for showrooms, anti-slip R11 for wet areas, ESD-safe for electronics manufacturing.
Every EpoxyLux installation is a system — primer, body coat, decorative layer, UV-stable top coat — not a coat of pigmented epoxy paint. The build-up depth, the pigment schedule, the top-coat sheen and the anti-slip additive are all specified on paper before mobilisation, sampled on site, and signed off by the client.
Because we import direct through EpoxyLux's regional distributor, we hold stock of primers, resins and pigments in Harare — meaning tight programmes and repair work don't wait weeks for material shipments. This is a genuine differentiator in the Zimbabwean market.

Substrate assessment
Moisture readings, laser flatness scan, adhesion pull-off and a full defect map of the existing slab. Resin flooring lives or dies at this stage.
Specification
We match system to service: metallic for showrooms, quartz for kitchens, ESD for electronics, HD PU for factories. You approve sample boards before mobilisation.
Diamond grinding & prep
Mechanical preparation to open the concrete profile, patching, joint treatment and moisture barrier where required — no chemical etching, no shortcuts.
Primer & body coat
Solvent-free epoxy primer sealed into the prepared substrate, followed by a self-levelling or trowel-applied body coat as specified.
Decorative & top coat
Metallic pigment work, flake broadcast or quartz aggregate, sealed under UV-stable polyurethane or hybrid top coats for the finished surface.
Cure & handover
Controlled cure environment, care manual, warranty registration and a 30-day post-install inspection to confirm performance.

Bauxite, aluminium oxide or PU beads to hit specified R9 to R13 slip ratings depending on the room's function.

Daily cleaning
Neutral pH cleaner, microfibre mop or auto-scrubber. Never bleach, never abrasive scouring pads — they haze the top coat over time.
Annual re-coat inspection
We inspect wear zones and recommend a top-coat refresh only if the wear layer has genuinely thinned. Most floors run 5–7 years before that becomes necessary.
Signature Care Resin
Optional annual visit — deep clean, wear-zone inspection, colour-match repair of any localised damage and warranty renewal certificate.
