Metallic epoxy is the signature look — pearlescent pigments suspended in clear resin, hand-worked while wet to create fluid, three-dimensional marble patterns unlike any two floors on earth. It is the finish specified for luxury showrooms, hotel lobbies, boutique retail and premium residential spaces where the floor is meant to be the first thing anyone sees.
The process is part chemistry, part choreography. Base coat down, metallic pigmented resin poured over the top, then hand-worked with rollers, torches, air blowers and blades while it is wet. The installer has minutes, not hours, to develop the pattern before the resin gels. That is why we work only with EpoxyLux-certified crews for metallic work.
No two metallic pours are identical. Your floor is unrepeatable by design — but the base palette and metallic pigment blend are chosen from sample boards approved by you before we pour on site. We prepare A3 boards in the exact resin and pigments that will be used, so what you see on the board is what lands on the slab.
Metallic floors are sealed under two coats of UV-stable clear polyurethane, giving them a glass-like mirror finish that is chemically resistant, easy to clean, and rated for showroom vehicle loads and continuous foot traffic.

Diamond grinding & prep
Mechanical preparation to open the concrete profile, patching, joint treatment and moisture barrier where required — no chemical etching, no shortcuts.
Primer & body coat
Solvent-free epoxy primer sealed into the prepared substrate, followed by a self-levelling or trowel-applied body coat as specified.
Decorative & top coat

Daily cleaning
Neutral pH cleaner, microfibre mop or auto-scrubber. Never bleach, never abrasive scouring pads — they haze the top coat over time.
Annual re-coat inspection
We inspect wear zones and recommend a top-coat refresh only if the wear layer has genuinely thinned. Most floors run 5–7 years before that becomes necessary.

Optional annual visit — deep clean, wear-zone inspection, colour-match repair of any localised damage and warranty renewal certificate.
